About Plumtree Hall

Welcome to Plumtree Hall, where we prioritise creating a warm, friendly, and safe environment for all residents and guests. Our focus is on providing security, privacy, respect, and independence, complemented by the joys of companionship.

Here, you can bid farewell to worries about house and garden maintenance, as well as loneliness. While residents have the freedom to lead their own lives, they can gather for delicious communal meals, fostering a sense of togetherness.

As a value based employer our staff will respect your choices about your life at Plumtree Hall and encourage you to be as independent as possible.

Please note that while we are unable to provide personal, medical, or nursing care, residents are welcome to arrange such services with their chosen providers.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have a no-smoking policy to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all our residents. By prohibiting smoking we create a clean and fresh environment that promotes well-being and consideration for everyone.

However, we understand that some individuals may be smokers and still wish to enjoy their habit. In recognition of this, we can offer a designated external smoking area upon request.

To ensure a harmonious living environment and comfort for all residents, we have made the decision not to allow pets at Plumtree Hall.  This policy is in place to be fair and considerate to all residents.

We understand the importance of spending quality time with your loved ones, and that’s why, by arrangement, we can offer guest rooms for the convenience of our residents and their visitors.
